Game keep on saying item has been delivered but I have not received or signed for any
On 19 Nov 2020 I have orderd an item from Game and paid for it. It was confirmed with Order nr ***. After a while I started to get emails and SMS messages that I have received the item and it was delivered. The status show delivered as well....guess what I have NEVER RECEIVED this item or SIGNED for it. It is now more than a week that I have to phone every day and tell the same story to a different person that said they will investigate and come back to me....that's the problem .... they never come back. If I do not get a response on this then I will go to the SAP and lay a charge of theft against Game. I have proof that I have paid for the item that I have never received.

This is what I hear all the time.
I am NO LONGER INTERESTED in letting us investigate and get back to you.....as it NEVER HAPPENS. Please read my review then you will see I really am fed up with your service saying you going to investigate and revert, but several people did NOTHING!
I want to know who signed for this parcel and where was it delivered and please don't give me my own address as it has never been delivered here.
So please act up and take responsibility for your non-existent service and give feedback to your clients.
I have paid for an item that I have never received.
I have already laid a charge of theft against Game at the SAP and now I am waiting to see your response before I contact my attorney to take this further. If I do not here anything by Wednesday then I will continue with legal action against Game!!!!!!!
I know it is going to cost me much more to legal fees than the R1000 I spend, but it is the principal - you pay for something your normally get it.....not Game - they take your money and then gives you the cold shoulder....that is simply NOT ON!!!!!!!!!!!
First experience in 10 years since I order online and not getting my items.
Not even ***** sites like Wish of Bang Good have made that mistake, regardless I have always received my items from them.
