Game Kathu is pathetic

<p>I bought a defy twin tub machine at game november 2016. When i was busy doing washing my spinner broke. Its a new machine!!! I called them no they can not replace it. Went to the store sunday to log the call for a technician to come to my house. It is wednesday have not heard anything from game and in the meantime I need to take my washing to a laundry. Is game going to pay for this???? Pathetic, why stock an item if you can not exchange and then send to the company ????</p>
