GAME Johannesburg CBD appalling service
I have been waiting for my laptop that has been in repairs for over a month. I called regarding the collection after the promised duration and still couldnt get assistance.
The consultant on the phone has apparently gone to tea after she had transferred me to the"service centre"
I am unable to contact anyone and need my laptop URGENTLY

13 Jul 2018, 11:40Thanks yes the store has contacted me. As it stands the laptop that was obviously noted to be out of warranty has been sitting with Game for a month with no parts being bought. The store manager says they are still waiting for the parts. A MONTH LATER! Even after calling weeks ago to confirm the quote.
He did say he will keep me posted and I requested that they expedite the process.
