<p>I was at the store food till from 14:30 30/12/2016 , 3rd inline only to be served at 14:45 and when i was about to be served i was told to go to the cigarette counter and pay there after two staff members were served before us. the light in complexion lady with false eye lashes redirected me there other counter as she was knocking off 15:00</p> <p>I politely told her that by the time we got to the till there was no CLOSED sign so she must still serve us. She ignored us and told us shes knocking off. I understand that the shift ends 15:00 but to turn customers away at 14:45 before shifts ends. She was complaining saying to me that they dont get overtime and cant serve us. and at that the next shift lady Lebogang comes in they tell her to serve us she tells lebogang that she will send her a text, is totally unacceptable. She Lebogang asks her why we cant go to the next till and pay there while on her cellphone chatting to her colleaguews. After 5 mins we were served</p> <p>We asked Lebogang for her name she refused to give us, and the shift supervisor was present but never said anything to the situation at hand</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
