Game Jeffrey's Bay. Game Vodacom cell deal

Went to game 7July 2021 to upgrade my mobile phone. The adverti*****t on the leaflet said I can get the deal when I upgrade. But the lady said there is no link for that upgrade from Vodacom on the system. She the emailed the person's that must help us get the deal and she also re mailed them this week but still didn't get any link so I can get the deal. If my money is not good enough I will take it to other store and network provider that will give me service. I went to Game at Jeffrey's Bay spoke with Alvina she was very helpful and tried her best to get the deal, just to make it clear the complaint is not against her. But the system and the time between game and Vodacom to provide the correct deal that was advertised and to get the deal. 2 weeks now waiting and still waiting?
