Game Jeffrey's Bay

I just need to bring to your attention, the appalling service we received at Jeffrey's Bay Game at Fountains Mall.

Never have I ever experienced this manner of unprofessional behaviour from any store before.

We were looking to purchase an airfryer. Upon asking 2 ladies for assistance and advice on this specific brand of airfryer, we then asked the price as there was no label on the shelf. Fine they said they will scan it and came back to us, telling us it's R2299.00. I then did a quick Google as I was sure I saw a different price on your website. (THE WEBSITE DOES NOT STATE ONLINE ONLY, it states also available to purchase online, which I have attached and below that a store locator, which means you can check to see if your store close to you has stock, which you then get into your car and go purchase it in store for the price advertised). I showed them the Milex 5.6L airfryer is on special for R1999.00. Their response was we scanned it, it says R2299.00 so that's the price and they walked away. Leaving us gobsmacked. Not one of them went to query it by management, they just walked away.

I do not feel this level of service is what should be classified as Customer service.

Out of principle I will rather drive to Port Elizabeth before I ever support Jeffrey's Bay Game.
