GAME JABULANI SAMSUNG TV REJECTED RETURNS

I bought a Samsung TV Game Jabulani pathetic useless service i got and the attitude i got from them disgusting .. TV busted and cracked up the screen when i switched it on. I was told that they can't take it back because it didn't happen in store ? Doesn't this tv have warranty from the manufacturer this is complete waste of my money!!! I can't even watch this tv!!!
