Game issuing misleading delivery times

Game has the worst online service ever. Stick to more reputable brands when it comes to online shopping. Placed an order on 21 Aug and was misled that order will be dispatched on 28 Aug. It's 30 Aug, no delivery and online customer service equally unhelpful. Why must I constantly call with no update on my order, this is a ****. You do not know how to operate an online business. Best you stop misleading the public.
