Game isn't serious

I bought a washing machine yesterday 27/12/2017and was assured my machine would be delivered latest this morning 28/12/2017. It is now 16:55 and morning has come and gone, and still I have no washing machine. I am sorry I find this totally unacceptable. I have an account with these people and I pay them on time every month (I bought the machine cash may I say) I wonder if I'll c this machine this year. I am utterly disappointed. Maybe I should've gone to makro they have same day delivery! Wat **** is this
