game is useless

Online purchase on 24th November 2022. Wumdrop (deliver Games online purchases) states on their tracking system, they they attempted collection on the 25th, but the store had no paperwork nor any trace of my TV purchase. I phone game customer care, guy says that its their mistake and i must be patient. This call was placed 7 days later, on the last day of their delivery promise 5-7 days. I phone again yesterday, 7 December, and the lady from customer care couldnt even get in touch with the game store, that is 3 mins away from where i stay, and never got back to me as promised. Today i check the wumdrop tracking system, there was another attempt by them to collect from the store in my area, and yet again, surprise surprise, still no paper work or TV!?!?!?!?!?!, i follow up today, same nonsense. So i as nicely to see if i can please collect the TV from the store on my own and still...no feedback. I asked for a letter from customer service indicating that i can collect from store as they are clearly too *********** to arrange any pickup on their own...I am still waiting!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I will never buy anything from game again. like dealing with the government it seems !
