Game is Useless

On the 10 Mar h 2024 I went to game in Alberton to purchase a washing machine (front loader) the machine was supposed to be delivered the very next day but was not. The Tuesday morning the agent named Gideon called and stated it will definitely be delivered but it was not. It is Friday today 15 March 2024 and I still don't have my machine. I have been phoning these people the whole week asking for something I paid for and they keep giving me the run around. I have spoken to someone named Given as well as Nelson but no one is of assistance. My mother went into the store yesterday and was assured it will be delivered today but still nothing. These people customer service is pathetic. I paid R300 delivery fee on Sunday when the machine was bought mind you I don't stay far from game ...it's literally down the road from my house. I am at wits end and I've tried canceling but they asked me numerous times not to..please help someone because I am tired
