Game is thw worst store to buy and the biggest *******.

We bought a new Defy 6kg washing machine from Game Somerset West on Wednesday 6th of October and was delivered on the 8th of October. We phoned in to find out wen delivery will be to arange to be home. Still waiting on call. We received a call Friday to say we are on our way for delivery and we had to ruch 40km home to be their for delivery. on Friday we decided to do a load of laundry and picked up the machine in stuck in wasing mode. Saturday we called and the sales peraon said we will call u back still waiting...... After numerous calls we drove 30 km to game. The mamager was no help at all and after a big fight in store they came to pick up the machine and refunded us. Wen we asked what about our R250 delivery fee we were told we dont refund that thw unit left the store so how must we test it in store and the customer must pay for faulty product and no customer service from game.
