Game is the worst company to buy from in SA

Absolutely sickened by the service received from Game, I ordered a treadmill before Black Friday as the specials had already started. The unit got delivered the 26th on a Sunday with no notice. I was happy it arrived so soon but upon assembling the unit, I found it was damaged before I could even turn it on. I logged a request, they said a Trojan representative would come out to inspect so I waited day after day at home, making sure I was available until the 8th Dec (more than a week of waiting). I emailed every 2 days to say no one had come out and then on the 8th they advised the unit would be collected and replaced. It has now been another week of waiting, all my emails are being ignored and the call centre just transfers my call over and over again. So sick of these companies that are quick to take your money but don't give a **** after the fact.
