Game is the worse company Ever!!!!!!

This is the worse company ever; I will never buy anything from Game ever again.

I bought a fridge on the 3rd of December 2023 when it was delivered the plug was broken. I have been calling them every day and they not assisting me. I keep getting told that they will escalate the matter to the online salespeople.

It's almost charismas I want to buy groceries, but I can't buy them because they don't want to fetch this broken fridge and give me a new one. Very useless company that doesn't care about their customers.
