I placed an online order on the 7th November, that I have never received so I requested a refund, which I have not received either.
You are keeping R3,500 of mine against my will for more than one month. That is *******. You are not a store, but the mafia.
You do not care now, because you think that you are going to miss just one client, amongst thousands of them. Yes I am just one client, but ten clients like me, who are never ever going to buy at Game anymore will mean that one Game employee will be soon fired. Next time it could be you and your family will pay for it.
So keep acting like the mafia and Game store will be finally closing.
