Game is *****ing and destroying me credit record

I settled the my account at game and I also called that my account has zero balance and the won't be any debts towards my bank account. On the 16 th July game debt my account while I wasn't owing them. They caused a negative balance to my bank account making and destroying my credit record, Game is *****ing my my and now my account went to negative because of them. They won't even repay for the the cost that my bank will charge me. I'm busy trying to fix my credit record and the come to destroy it.
