Game is so ***********
I have been calling online and the store i am not being assisted, instead i got a customer care agent that told me they cannot assist me cause something about a blow up mattress and i stated my slip is damaged. I am being sent from pilar to post about this. I need assistance before 5pm today

Kindly be advised that you would have return the item to the store along with the proof of payment as the store will be able to do a reprint of the receipt for you. Once the reprint is done the store will assess the item and check what the fault is. The store will advise you on the way forward once the assessment is done.

04 May 2026, 14:31i did try calling them they said i cannot return it cause it’s not functioning cause of A and Z so i do not waste my money going there cause they said they cannot assist as it’s a blow up mattress at this point. i’ve called them 6 times i cannot get the manager , just a lousy customer service agent
