Game is ridiculous

Wrote a review on the 9th November and game rep**** privately advising to get back to me, 3 days later nothing from game as usual. 10 days stuck with a fridge and no courier has been assigned to collect this. Now I wonder how long a refund will take, that's if the fridge will ever be collected.

Been calling everyday and yesterday the rude consultant put the phone down in my ear, everyday I'm told the matter has been escalated. I don't know how many escalations are required before game takes our enquiry serious.
