GAME IS PLAYING GAMES WITH THEIR CUSTOMERS

I purchased an item at Game via the website on Black Friday (29th November 2019), they said the item would arrive in 7-10 working days. On the 8th of December, I received an email that my order has been dispatched from their warehouse. On the 13th of December,I followed up with Game after not receiving a response from their courier company on what would be the estimated date/time of delivery so that I can arrangements for someone to receive the order. I still haven't received a response from Game even after using two different email addresses provided on their website. I am really frustrated because Game and the courier are not providing any feedback whilst other retailers have already delivered the Black Friday orders. I regret spending my money at Game and will ensure this will be the last time I ever support them. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY AT GAME!!!
