22 Jul 2020, 15:36 GAME IS PLAYING GAMES I have purchased a 10 inch tablet from Game online on the 25 of June 2020 and todate the 22 July 2020 have still not received my order. I have logged several queries and have made a number of calls tothe customer service department with no joy and any guarantee of when my delivery would be done ..This is the worst service i had ever received with online shop although their policy is to deliver within 10 to 24 days i really wouldn't encourage anyone to purchase online from Game .Game is definitely playing Games

On the 24 July 2020 i received a call from Natheer Abraham's from Game customer service ..approx 29 days from the time of purchase disgustingly to inform me that the item i purchased online was not available and they would be processing a refund ...the best part of the call was that i was informed that my refund would take up to 5 working days before i received it ...hows that for Game.Is this what we South Africans need absolutely *******..

DEFINITELY NOT CUSTOMER FOCUSED !!!!!
