Game is playing games

All the time when I order from them it's just a disappointment. At checkout the stores have stock then days goes by no communication whatsoever from them until you make a follow up yourself where your order is and only to be told your order has been canceled due to products being out of stock. I don't understand why they don't source from other stores if that particular one doesn't have. You'll be told I don't know why it let you check out or the store said it has stock when it doesn't, don't you guys do inventory management and keep track of what is left. All the time you guys just cancel my orders without communication. If online shopping is failing you guys just leave it because you just ruining your brand.
