Game is PATHETIC!

On 12/03/2020 Game sent me an e-mail that my order is packed and ready for courier to be shipped to me. Two hours after that confirmation e-mail, I got an e-mail saying that the B-Fit Smart Watch I ordered is "out of stock". I mean, why confirm my order and afterwards say it's "out of stock". After plenty of e-mails to cancel the whole order as I would want a refund to rather spend at another store. No answer. Also the order came on Monday the 15th of March. No B-Fit Smart watch, one other product also missing and one item broken. So in total R600.00 for the B-Fit that's "out of stock", R40.00 for the broken item and R35.00 for the item not even here. So almost R700.00 is lost. I've tried contacting them, sent 3 e-mails and no answer about refunding me for anything.

I will never support Game again. I urge you to never support Game again. Rather support another store as Game is pathetic!
