Game is not reliable

I brought a fridge at game on 7 January and I received a damaged fridge, they came to collect the fridge after a month of making many calls, then they came to collect the fridge even know it's been 3 months with no fridge you can imagine the struggle of not being able to buy meat because of game I am even tire of calling them every single day with no update I don't know what to do anymore
