Game is NOT processing my refund and it has been 2 week already!

I bought a fridge on black friday, I canceled my order the next day. Its two weeks later and I am still waiting for my refund! Everytime I phone, they keep on saying it takes 3 tot 5 working days for the money to reflect but my refund has not even been processed yet. I spoke to the call centre manager and he promised that he will sort it out, he took my number but he never phoned me back with an update. They are *****ing my money!
