Game is not owning up

I bought a fridge with game, in December

It is over freezing and it has defects to the point that is breaks the drawers even though its placed on 1 for it not too be too cold it still over freezes, game promised to fix it that was on the 7th july I have an email stating the technician will contact me in 2-3 days time after it was escalated to defy Its been quiet since *** and Defy job number: *** No one called its breaking worse
