GAME is Game on customer service.

Went to Game to benefit from their 19 percent discount today between 17:00 and 20:00 and buy 2 Hisense Smart televisions. They offered me a chair to sit on whilst they completed the paper work as I had knee replacement surgery 3 weeks ago. Once all was finished and paid I realised that the price charged before the discount was R4299 per TV but the price displayed with the product was R3699. When I brought that to the attention of Given that served me he said no problem it will be rectified. We went to two or three persons and explained the situation and received approval, and ended up with helpful young lady at customer service that got all the info together, did the calculations and arranged that one of the tellers pay me the amount that was "overcharged" back in cash . A sign that GAME is Game when it come to customer service and they are putting their money where their mouths are !
