Game is busy playing games

2 weeks ago my mom bought and paid for a ZTE router online with Game. Now they say they are out of stock. How do you advertise item on website and people pay for it then you say you have no stock???? you are cheats. I have called several times and just get the run-around. When I ask to speak with a manager, he is busy and will call back.... what a joke. The service is pathetic and taking peoples money if you dont have the item in stock is *****ery
