Game is *********** and overpriced.

I purchased items from Game via the Uber Eats App. 4 x Twinsaver Roller (kitchen towels) and 1 x Oros 2 Litre. What arrived is 4 x Twinsaver Toilet paper and 1 x Oros. Uber Eats stated that I need to contact the store which is Game Lakeside Mall in Benoni. Their number does not exist. How stupid are the packers at Game to mistake Roller Towels for toilet paper. Roller Towels are clearly stated on the order. Are the orders not checked by someone and if so, is that person stupid as well to confuse. The driver, unfortunately could not take it back and was unsure of the procedure. If I am to go in physically to resolve this matter, I want Game to refund my delivery fee as they were *********** and mixed up my order. This just goes to show the level of service at Game. One should spend their money elsewhere and not at Game. This is a small amount but I will refer National Consumer Council.
