GAME IS A USELESS STORE
I bought a washing machine online 2 weeks later the machine was delivered damaged and had dents on top.
I have been calling Game contact centre for the past 2 days, and they said they will get someone to call me back which never happened.
when you call they are asking for pictures and images of the packaging so that they can claim from a courier and defy then they will get someone to come pick uo the washing machine.
From Complaints customer care their Agent i spoke with is very rude.
Game can do better really. It is useless buying anyhting form Game.
and when you write a review on their wesite it says that the review is Moderate and it cannot be publised.
GAME IS USELESS.
I am dissapointed really.
