Game is a useless online service provider

I placed an online order for a microwave oven and a desk to be delivered to Stellenbosch on the 5th of December 2019. It did not arrive and just before 5pm on the 5th of December 2019 I cancelled this order, as there would be nobody at that address to receive the delivery for the next few weeks. I was told that the refund will be in my bank account in between 10-12 working days. It is now almost 3 months and 17 phone calls later I have still not received my refund. I have been promised by several call center agents that they have escalated this to head office and that they will phone me back, and so far not one has done that. I am at my wits end!
