Game is a suitable name for a company who tricks you into bad service

I am so very disappointed in the putrid services I have now received over this passed month. I placed an order for cupboards on 1st August 2018 for the UCan Built in cupboards online with Game stores. I then returned the goods because it was damaged. I had such a rough time because constantly needed to send images of the damaged goods before it could be returned. The goods then were eventually returned. My cupboards are paid for, but yet am still waiting for it. I constantly have to juggle calls between courier and Game and this is pathetic. Should this have been an account in arrears they would have breathed down the persons back 24/7. I am not happy and I feel that there is a lack of customer services. I was told it would have been delivered last week already i'm just very ****ed off and fed up now.
