Game is a shameless retailer

I bought a Samsung washing machine on special,was told their out of stock,it will take 2 weeks to get stock,when I came back I was told by someone different from the one who sold me the machine that its actually 6 weeks,I then waited,after the 6th week still they are out of stock,they take your number promise to call when they have got the machine but they never do,now its 9 weeks,they are still silent,the branch blames head office,and head office blames the Brits brach,I'm gatvol cause I paid cash,my hard earned money not on credit,now the wanna give me the display,the level of disrespect to customers is unmeasurable at this pathetic store no shame at all sies!
