Game is a ****!!! They take your money without delivering services

I wish there was 0 star rating, I orderd an item on the 29th of April and I was taken back and forth with fantasy stories and excuses. Today I wake up to the email that says my order was delivered, by that time I don't even have courier tracking number, I don't even have the order with me.
