GAME IS A **** STORE
My daughter received a call from Game Greenstone to collect her faulty phone. It is still under warranty, they are not prepared to repair it, nor are they offering a refund. WHAT A *******. I will make everyone aware on every social media platform that I possibly can that people should not shop at Game as it is a **** store.

03 Jun 2018, 18:59I do not accept the liquid damage report as it was nowhere in contact with liquid. It just stopped working suddenly out of the blue. I think that because the liquid damage is arguable and is hard to both prove or disprove it is often used to get out of a warranty claim. On this basis i am still expecting to have the phone replaced. My stance on Game not honouring their claim still stands, and i will still advise everyone that i can to not shop at Game for this very reason.
