Still no word on the delivery of my PS5. I got an email on the 19th about it leaving your warehouse to the couriers, tomorrow is Christmas & I still have no idea when this will be delivered, it’s unacceptable!!! I was assured I would receive it before Christmas!

I called your store and received no adequate response regarding the anticipated arrival of my console.

How is it possible that I can’t be told where in the value chain my delivery is? What type of customer service is that?

I will never buy from Game ever again!
