GAME IS A ****ING ****
I waited a month for a phone I spent close to 10k for and now I get told "oh sorry its out of stock" this is unacceptable. And I expect you guys to make a plan. I specifically purchased this phone on black Friday for the amazing discount. I cannot afford a phone in that price range so for you to tell me you cant help me a MONTH LATER is not a good enough excuse and I don't accept it. Make a plan, I don't care how, that's not my problem! I was phoning and emailing you guys for WEEKS and this is the final response... Nope, no ways, not happening.
Any person reading this comment, STAY AWAY FROM THIS USELESS STORE.

29 Dec 2020, 14:38I forgot to add that the item was being dispatched and I was going to receive my tracking code (even the customer care added that they will send it to me as soon as they have contacted the branch and courier) and then a month later its out of stock.. Can someone explain to me that logic?
