A month ago I purchased a TV stand and a couch online from Game Stores. It was delivered a few days later and the tv stand only had 3 legs instead of 4. I phoned Game immediately and the agent did not understand and cut the call. I emailed several times and finally, they picked up the tv stand. Bear in mind that the agents do not provide feedback. They leave you waiting and only respond sometimes. Now, a month later, game has their tv stand and my money. I am emailing them every day and they are not responding. I am complaining every day on theiir Facebook page and they are not responding.

This is theft. Game Stores South Africa is a **********, dishonest company.

I contacted Ralton, Kurt Rezandt and Chante Cloete. These people are not getting back to me.

I phone almost every day. The consultants say that they will escalate and contact me. This is not being done.
