Game is a disgrace, second rating very poor.

I wrote a complaint on the 12th of November and to date we have not received the gas pipe that connects the stove to the gas cylinder for the gas stove. The fridge we bought on the same day is no longer cooling on top. My gosh game is such a for such a huge brand. They failing drastically!
