Game is ****!!!

I bought a microwave from Game in Bayside Cape Town. My microwave broke and I took it back, Then then told me they need to send it away so that it could be fixed.. I waited a month for this, when it was returned my microwave was still not working. We had taken it back and the manager told us they can't take my word for it that that microwave i Has not been fixed, and that they need to call the people who fixed it. They then sent me home, this morning 03 September 2019 they called to tell us that they can't fix that thing and we need to pay for it ourselves to be fixed. I'm so furious, is this right? R1800 down the drain, and this thing is still under warranty.
