Game Insurance is a **** don't signup !!!!!

I was ****** of my laptop on the 6th of November 2017 at gunpoint which was the most traumatic experience in my life,i then lodged a claim with Game for my laptop on the 8th of November and on the 16 th of November i was requested to pay an excess for my claim to be settled to which i comp****.

After the payment i was informed that they didnt have a laptop to the amount i was insured for so i was going to get a cash refund and the consultant promised me that the turnaround time was 3-5 working days and i will have my cash refund .

I have made countless calls eversince and my claim has been escalated reescalated and reescalated to Finrite as they said and no response up to now!!!Instead of 3-5 days its been almost a month!!!

These are unacceptable levels of bad service,incompetence and inefficiency ,game insurance really is a **** a pyramid scheme to just milk "valued" clients of their hard earned money!!!
