I bought a tv at Game Carnival Mall in 2016 October since then it went to repairs 5 times i finally called sinotec and they said the tv never came to them and they only repair once after that the replace the tv. We then went to Game in carnival mall and they refused to replace the tv. Ref no: MO -Q184116
