I bought a phone for my daughter as a present for her birthday online from Game, i have been trying to change the delivery address and after countless emails and phone calls i have recieved no help and no phone. Their courier partner Dawn Wing, does not give tracking numbers, neither do they call the recipeint to confirm if its is being delivered to the right address, my anxiety is that, i used a street number, rather than the stand number and with my previous experience, i do not trust Dawn Wing since they never called me when delivering before. Please help.
