GAME INCOMPETENCE

Game gives us a whole NEW definition of the word INCOMPETENCE! I ordered a washing machine on 28 August 2020. I paid IN FULL, including their delivery charge, during the placing of same. To date, 30 September 2020, I have received NOTHING! No washing machine and NO refund! This is unacceptable! They deigned to respond to only ONE of my prior emails. On 21 September 2020, stating that my ordered, paid for washing machine was not in stock and that they would refund me. STILL WAITING! No response to my subsequent emails either. NOT ACCEPTABLE
