GAME in Cape Town is no FUN

Game, Cape Town, has taken 5 weeks to replace a broken laptop screen(the laptop was bought from them 6 months before). We fetched it today. And the keybpord, the only part that was functional, now does not work. They made us pay the Full amount of the repairs upfront-R2500.00,

The service has been shocking. Noone else demans payment before service is complete. And now they have broken the keyboard. My daughter had been waiting for all this time.

Just appalling

Well.It is now 23 November. And the laptop is still not fixed. The fact is it was broken when at GAME, and was under warrenty as well. So saying you are fixing it free og charge is disingenuous.

It is 3 1/2 weeks later (GAME have had the laptop for nearly 3 months).

And NO laptop in sight.

THis is beyond shocking service. Not only is an apology a very weak response but really taking no resposibility at all.

3 motnhs to get a laptop repaired?

In fact, an offer to repay the R2500 we had to pay upfront would be more in order.
