GAME IN BRITS MALL ARE ****** THEY ****ED ME WITH A DEFY GAS STOVE BE CAREFUL

I bought a defy gas stove in game last month when I get home the stove does not work I went to game to report the matter game gave me the numbers for defy which doesn't even work I went back to game instead they told me they just sell the product when the client has a problem they have to sort it out with manufacturers I asked them to call the manufacturer so that I can speak to them they told me I can only be given the number and I should call them myself i asked them to collect the stove and give me back my money even now I'm still waiting for them to collect their stove when I call them I am being told to hold for the manager after some few minutes they drop the call while I'm still holding i have never seen such a bad client service in my life they are making so much money they no longer care for the clients I don't know if I have to be of any color or race to be given a better treatment I sometimes think it's because I'm black that is why I am treated like a trash in Game I also edge anyone to not buy a defy gas stove in game its just ******* and game don't even care if they are fully functional or not they just want a sale after a sale a customer is just a trash had I known I will suffer like this then I wouldn't have bothered worse part of it is I had to buy the stove cause my old one was broken I now had to go n buy the two plate gas stove while Game is giving me such a grief please guys whoever is going to read this do not forget to never buy Defy gas stove in Game you'll regret it like me
