Game ilanga mall worst service

GAME ILANGA MALL NELSPRUIT, worst store ever. I bought a laptop for online pick up and after 2 days I made follow ups with Game contact centre and the gentleman at the contact centre informed me that the store has updated my order as "CUSTOMER NO LONGER REQUIRES THE PRODUCT " something I never said to anyone at the store and no one called to say my order is being canceled.no communication whatsoever, they have wasted my time I could've bought the product elsewhere or they could have called me to give me heads up that they cancelling my order.
