Game ilanga Mall

Bought a 20' Raleigh Bike for my nephew on 25.11.2022 and got a text same day that it is ready for store pick up. Went to Game Ilanga Mall on 27.11.2022 to go pick it up and I was told the people working with online orders have knocked off. Keep in mind i got there before the stores closed. Then 20 minutes later a Tshepo appeared after I refused to leave without the bike as i drove 110km to go pick it up. Then Tshepo brings me a 16' bike and i told him that's not what I bought. He went to the back and called back in the front 30 minutes later and told me the bike is out of stock. On the other hand the security lady at the door is badgering me asking that i come back the following day as the bus will leave her. I asked her will she give me the fuel to come back and she ****ed an attitude with me. I told that to just give me my money back after an hour of waiting for nothing. Their service is very dissapointing and a waste of my time and fuel.
