Game , if we stock it we'll swop it

Game , game.co.za wonderfully advertises on their website very proudly, 'if we stock it, we'll swop it,' I have 10 boxes of pampers which I received as a gift. Obviously no receipt. Game's policy : if you don't have a receipt, if we stock it we'll swop it. Not wanting to lug all 10 boxes into the car, I contact game first to confirm their policy, I communicated with Ronell September. She asked which store would I be able to go to and if I wanted to swop for a different size. I responded with, the Galleria Game and no it's not a swop for size, I have enough Pampers so will take other items.

That's the last I heard from Game. And even with a follow up email 2 days ago, there's been complete silence.

Game is proud to have and state their policies but acts like a child with no response when asked to follow through on their policy. Their even proud to advertise their ethics walmart email address, which is my next stop.
