Game - HP Printer not printing as it should

I bought an HP printer yesterday at Game in Menlyn Park, but when I print the printer cuts off the bottom half of the words (black ink). I have downloaded the HP assistant, cleaned and aligned the cartridges and did a hard reset, but nothing works. I want a new cartridge or a replacement printer please!
