GAME horror laptops

I bought an Acer laptop R6000 in November last year at Game, the first one when i got it , it looked used from the box and it had passwords in it...i took it back and after two weeks they gave me another laptop it worked for a month and it stopped working. I took it back in January because their technicians were closed for december. January my laptop was taken and it came back end march with a quotation for R6000 for it to be fixed when i bought it for R6000( no reason was given why) and still under guarantee and warrant . Whenever i call till today they avoid my calls and emails. I have a dead laptop that worked for a month that i cant use because of GAME Store. Bad service, bad products
